Analysis

We begin work on a project by assessing the condition of the technological system in relation to the assignment, with the aim of delivering exactly what the client expects and truly needs, in time.

We verify the actual technical condition and capabilities of existing electrical equipment, switchboards, computers, and other system components. We also analyze existing software and control algorithms.

Our specialists identify critical points and operational nodes of the system and verify their compatibility for transition to a new solution. They define the conditions and requirements that must be met in the design.

We check network stability, signal quality, and communication performance, as well as overall system response, in order to uncover hidden risks and weak points before design work begins.

Basic Design Concept

The optimal system solution is prepared by our top experts with deep knowledge of the specific technology. We provide a clear understanding of the entire system and what exactly our automation will measure, control, and monitor.

We define the optimal architecture of the future system (PLC, HMI/SCADA, network topology, and I/O signal concept). The Basic Design also includes power distribution, basic switchboard layouts, drives, and their integration with automation elements.

We take into account technological requirements (process parameters, safety concept - SIL/PL, and operating modes).

We use proven hardware and software platforms from market leaders such as Siemens (SIMATIC) and Rockwell Automation (Allen-Bradley). Components are specified to meet strict requirements for cybersecurity and industry standards.

Basic Design is a crucial phase as it prevents costly system changes in later stages and enables future scalability of production and service availability for the next 10–20 years.

We deliver a modern, reliable, and efficient solution and present the budget and project timeline. This ensures everyone has a clear and shared understanding of the system.

Engineering – Detailed Design

Detailed engineering: our designers develop specific technical solutions down to the last detail. Documentation is delivered according to the project phase, for example:

  • Mechanical drawings
  • Cabling and routing layouts
  • Bills of materials and purchase orders
  • Control cabinet manufacturing documentation
  • Testing protocols

In line with analysis and risk assessment, we design safety systems and safety circuits. We rely exclusively on proven hardware and software suppliers.

We emphasize clarity and logical structuring of components, which simplifies installation work as well as future maintenance and modifications.

The result is a complete set of project documentation, which serves as the essential foundation for cabinet assembly, wiring, and commissioning.

We manufacture electrical switchboards

Engineering is followed by the manufacturing of electrical switchboards, which includes both mechanical assembly and electrical wiring.

We produce low-voltage switchboards for:

  • Power distribution
  • Instrumentation and control (I&C)
  • Data centers
  • Control rooms
  • Photovoltaic systems
  • etc.

The assembly hall is designed for both one-off and small-series production. The assembly hall and engineering building are located within the same site, which simplifies the production of custom switchboards—each prototype is created under the supervision of its original designer.

Before shipment, switchboards are fully tested, including communication setup with controllers, frequency converters, and state simulation. This ensures ideal preparation for installation and commissioning at the customer site.

We program: Application Software, PAC and PLC, SCADA and HMI

The heart of every automation system is high-end software that gives machines the ability to react and make decisions. Our programmers develop custom application software for a wide range of international platforms, primarily:

  • Siemens (TIA Portal, Step7, WinCC)
  • Rockwell Automation (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk)

We have deep expertise in programming complex controllers, including redundant ControlLogix (CLX) systems.

We focus on clear and intuitive user interfaces (HMI) that provide operators with understandable real-time process visualization. Our code is written in a structured way with future service diagnostics in mind, while also implementing advanced features for data collection and alarm analysis.

The result is stable software systems that ensure smooth operation of technology and provide management with accurate data for production optimization.

Control Systems

We give systems the ability to operate precisely and autonomously through the implementation of sophisticated control algorithms. We do not focus only on simple sequences, but develop complex control loops that ensure process stability even under changing input conditions.

Whether it is precise temperature control, pressure regulation, or multi-axis synchronization using Kinetix servo drives,

our solutions optimize the overall dynamics of the machine.

We deploy Allen-Bradley condition monitoring systems that provide advanced vibration monitoring and protection of rotating equipment. Data from these systems is integrated into industrial analytics platforms (such as FactoryTalk Analytics), transforming raw operational data into real-time, clear management insights for predictive maintenance and overall optimization.

Using advanced mathematical models and predictive control, we are able to minimize energy losses and reduce mechanical stress on components. The result is an intelligent system that operates with maximum efficiency, high repeatability, and minimal error rates.

We manufacture switchboard enclosures

From raw sheet metal to a finished frame – we operate our own production line for switchboard enclosures

We have built a modern manufacturing facility near Kolín, specializing in custom production of sheet metal and stainless steel switchboard enclosures and other mechanical structures.

This strategic self-sufficiency gives us full control over dimensions, quality, surface treatment, and the final robustness of each frame.

We are able to produce non-standard dimensions based on our own design, which significantly reduces delivery times.

The finished certified enclosures are then passed on to the next stage – component assembly and electrical wiring.

Engineering in industrial automation is essentially engineering work focused on designing, programming, building, and optimizing automated manufacturing systems.
