The Service Center and Monitoring Center are located at the SPEL company premises in Kolín. This facility enables us to respond quickly, coordinate effectively, and provide a high level of service. Our goal is to ensure the reliable, safe, and smooth operation of all managed systems.
Thanks to remote monitoring, we can quickly advise, diagnose a fault, and in many cases, resolve it without the need for an on-site service visit. This significantly shortens response times and contributes to the smooth operation of the managed technologies.
We monitor the network of highway emergency SOS phones, camera systems, tunnel technologies, security systems, automatic traffic counters, weigh-in-motion (WIM) systems, and other telematics equipment. All technology is clearly displayed in intuitive visualizations, enabling operators to respond quickly to arising situations.
We regularly ensure the inspection and maintenance of equipment in compliance with applicable standards and regulations. We place the highest emphasis on emergency SOS phones as a key safety element of the highway infrastructure.
Our service offerings also include checking calls to the 112 emergency line, electrical installations, servers, switches, variable message signs (VMS), thermometers, warning signs, camera systems, electronic security systems (ESS), tunnel technologies, and other equipment within service contracts.
At the same time, our service department technicians have an immediate overview of active jobs and the current status of the managed systems.
Tunnel Maintenance and Service We perform the servicing of tunnel technologies regularly according to the valid Schedule. We inspect all systems installed by SPEL, ensure the calibration of camera systems, check tunnel SOS phones, cameras, fans, server and switch configurations, as well as the servicing of control systems.
WIM Calibration and Certification We carry out inspections of data storage into superior systems, check-weighing, and subsequent calibration of WIM systems to ensure their accurate and reliable operation.
The service department provides technical support for highway and road management and maintenance centers (SSÚD, SSÚRS), smart rest areas, tunnels, as well as cities utilizing smart parking lots and parking systems within the Smart City concept.
Thanks to remote access, we can quickly advise, diagnose a fault, and in many cases, resolve it without the need for an on-site service visit. Immediate communication within the HD-ŘSD framework and close cooperation with field operation teams are a matter of course.
SPEL a.s. provides service support in the field of industrial automation, including PLC and SCADA system maintenance, fault diagnostics of technological systems, remote management, and support for industrial operations.
The service department performs maintenance and repairs of control systems, resolves industrial network communication issues, carries out PLC program backups and recovery, provides SCADA/HMI visualization service, and handles emergency on-site interventions.
Our activities also include system commissioning, modernization of legacy systems, and technical support for production, energy, and infrastructure facilities.
Technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Thanks to continuous availability, we can minimize downtime, accelerate problem diagnosis, and ensure the fastest possible restoration of operation.
Customers can rest assured that they can rely on professional technical support, rapid communication, and effective resolution of critical situations at any time.
If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, a service technician is dispatched to the site to perform field diagnostics and, if possible, resolve the problem immediately. This shortens downtime to a minimum and helps ensure the reliable operation of the managed technologies.
